AMALGAMATED FLYING SAUCER CLUBS OF AMERICA -- 1962 This stamp features a turquoise and yellow design, with red lettering. In a horizontal format, it measures 49x28mm. The inscription at the top reads: "FLYING SAUCERS ARE REAL!." At the bottom is the clubs original address of 2004 N. Hoover St., Los Angeles, CA. Later, the club moved out to Yucca Valley. Sadly, the club's founder, Gabriel Greene, passed away in September 2001. Mosbaugh's U.S. All Funds Seal Catalogue lists this item as #50.01. |
